This week I’m honored to have Lorenzo Thione on the Failosophy podcast to talk about failure in his work as an entrepreneur, broadway producer, philanthropist and investor. I’ve known Lorenzo for many years, and have always been a huge fan of his energy, drive and spirit. It’s been great to follow both his ups and downs, as he strives to achieve his dreams.
In this conversation we talk a lot about the process of failure, and dive deeply into Lorenzo’s unique ability to lean into those hard conversations (e.g. telling people you have to lay them off).
And just in case you thought you missed it, we did this episode old school (not live) as I was traveling in Amsterdam giving the closing keynote at The Next Web.
